Retail Sale Executive

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving in-store sales by delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and conversion targets
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and stock arrangement as per brand guidelines
• Handle billing, returns, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the store manager
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall brand presentation
• Support promotional activities, offers, and new product launches
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat sales

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric attitude with selling aptitude
• Basic computer skills and POS system knowledge
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
