Retail Sale Executive

As a leading manufacturer of ergonomically designed, high-quality office furniture, your role at Zebro Officemate Private Limited will involve managing the daily operations of the experience centre to ensure a smooth customer flow. You will be responsible for greeting and engaging walk-in customers, showcasing products, and providing design consultations. Additionally, maintaining attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep will be crucial. Achieving sales targets through effective customer service and team performance is a key aspect of this role. You will also coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution, monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly, as well as train and guide showroom staff to deliver an excellent customer experience.
