Job Summary:

female Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support retail store teams across assigned locations.
• Ensure each store reflects the brand’s identity and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and staff engagement.
• Oversee stock control, inventory levels, and loss prevention measures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales associates.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of retail staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize product placement and assortment.
• Lead store openings, refurbishments, and seasonal transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, Retail, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to travel frequently between store locations.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office Suite.
