Retail Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 4 retail stores
• Hire, train, and manage store staff
• Create and implement

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  across all stores
• Manage stock levels, inventory systems, and replenishment
• Ensure smooth store operations and high customer service standards
• Work closely with the founders to prepare the business for

  franchising

• Identify operational gaps and introduce improvements

• Track store performance and ensure sales targets are met

• Maintain consistency in brand experience across all locations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of retail operations experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience with SOP creation and rollout
• Good understanding of inventory and stock control
• Highly organized and proactive
• Startup mindset – flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented
• Passion for fashion, jewellery, and building something from the ground up
