Deliver consistently and reliably business reports to leaders on selected timelines Plan Product selection meetings with the design as per buying plan. Planning product ranges based on preparing stock and sales plan. Key Result Areas for the Incumbent • Process Responsibilities a. Analysing Sales Data: Processing historical sales data to identify trends and predict future demand, ensuring that high-demand products are adequately stocked. b. Personalized Recommendations: Providing insights into customer preferences, enabling tailored product assortments for each store location. c. Dynamic Inventory Management: Suggesting real-time adjustments to inventory based on current sales patterns and external factors like local events or weather conditions. d. Forecasting Demand: Predicting product demand across different regions to prioritize warehouse allocations accordingly. e. Optimizing Logistics: Suggesting optimal transportation routes and schedules to expedite deliveries to warehouses. f. Monitoring Supply Chain Disruptions: Identifying potential delays or disruptions in the supply chain and recommending contingency plans.
