We're Hiring: Retail Merchandiser

Location: Multiple cities (on-site field role)

Key Responsibilities

- Execute planograms and ensure 100% display compliance across assigned stores

- Maintain on-shelf availability and replenish stock in real time

- Set up POSM, visual merchandising and promo displays; audit them weekly

- Track sales trends, competitor activity and share insights with internal teams

- Build relationships with store managers to secure secondary placements

- Report store visits through mobile merchandising apps and Excel/Sheets


Requirements

- 1–3 years' merchandising experience in FMCG, beauty, fashion or consumer goods

- Strong eye for detail and display aesthetics

- Comfortable with extensive field travel

- Working knowledge of basic Excel/Google Sheets; merchandising apps a plus

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Graduate degree; Marketing/Retail specialisation preferred
