Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Product Listing & Cataloging:Uploading and managing product details (titles, descriptions, prices, images) on marketplaces (like Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio) and/or brand website (e.g., Shopify).Order Management:Ensuring smooth processing of orders, returns, and exchanges.Inventory Coordination:Keeping stock levels updated and coordinating with the warehouse or logistics teams.Campaign & Offer Management:Running discount campaigns, managing coupons, and coordinating with marketplaces for visibility (e.g., participating in sales events).Customer Service Support:Addressing queries, reviews, and complaints (in coordination with the support team).Performance Analysis:Monitoring KPIs like sales, returns, CTR, and conversion rates.Coordination with Marketing:Working with the digital marketing team on promotions, emailers, and paid ads.Required Skills:Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra etc.)Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiencyUnderstanding of product trends and online consumer behaviorCommunication and coordination skills
