Job Description

You will be working as a Retail Merchandiser at Bizotico Group, a leading distributor of fashion and luxury watches in India. Your role will involve managing product display, inventory levels, and promotional execution to maximize sales and profitability, while also focusing on improving inventory efficacy. Collaboration with sales teams and store personnel to implement merchandising plans aligned with brand guidelines will be crucial. Monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and maintaining relationships with retail partners are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demand Planning and Merchandise Deployment - Finalization of OTB Limit and Indent planning for all product segments - Sales and Indent Planning for all retail, multiband stores on a store-wise basis - Merchandise planning support and recommendations for store-wise Norm planning - Seasonal planning management and indent placement with brand/supply chain sign-off - New Store Management - Adherence to the Due Diligence Process for all New stores to ensure the first assortment relevance to the market - Recommendation and Sign-off on New store First Assortment with regional Teams - Review and Handholding of store performance - Productivity of Merchandise Investments - Review and action planning for store-wise inventory performance to reduce dispersion in Turns across clusters - Initiatives to drive sales while minimizing the idling of inventory - Reduction in backend inventory and support the deployment of Vendor buffers - Deployment and Review of store empowerment on Merchandise investments Qualifications: - Strong skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing to engage with retail partners effectively and achieve sales goals. - Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in Retail operations and merchandising to execute promotional strategies and ensure effective product placement. - Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in merchandising and category management, preferably in the retail industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing product categories. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. - Knowledge and experience of the watch or fashion accessories market is a plus.,
