About the Role:
o Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and optimal turnover.
o Avoid stock-outs/overstocking through effective safety stock and buffer planning.
o Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and restocking.
o Implement and manage replenishment processes.
o Ensure fast-moving and best-selling items are restocked in a timely manner.
o Analyze sales trends to identify strong/weak performing SKUs.
o Forecast future sales based on data insights.
o Adjust stock plans based on real-time demand.
o Distribute products based on store demographics and sales performance.
o Optimize product availability while minimizing excess stock.
o Incorporate fashion trends and seasonal inputs into planning.
o Maintain alignment with the brand identity.
o Ensure effective product rotation and clearance of ageing stock.
o Strategically highlight new arrivals.
o Work with store teams and supply chain for seamless product flow.
o Partner with visual merchandising for strategic product display.
o Study market and competitors to inform assortment and pricing decisions.
o Stay ahead of fashion trends and suggest innovative product ideas.
o Share product knowledge and sales insights with store staff to boost conversions.
