Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Retail Manager - LED who understands the automotive aftermarket and lighting accessories industry. The candidate should be capable of handling retail walk-ins, B2B/wholesale buyers, and aftermarket installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle retail customers, wholesale buyers, and aftermarket dealers professionally.
• Explain and promote various LED lighting products (headlights, fog lamps, DRLs, interior lights, ambient kits, underglow kits, etc.).
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest appropriate LED options based on vehicle compatibility.
• Generate sales through effective upselling and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with installation team for product fitment.
• Handle quotations, billing, and post-sale support.
• Maintain showroom display and ensure availability of stock.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers and repeat customers.
• Assist in online inquiries and lead conversion (if needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in car LED lighting/accessories sales (retail or wholesale).
• Knowledge of various car models and LED compatibility.
• Experience dealing with both individual customers and B2B buyers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills (billing, inventory, order tracking).
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Technical/diploma background is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
