Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Manager at Jaffah Dates & Nuts located in Kozhikode. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, training and supervising staff, implementing store policies, and preventing retail loss. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the store meets its sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Effective Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in retail management is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
