Retail Manager

JOB DISCRIPTION 

• This professional will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products
• to hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, and healthcare professionals.
• This role involves explaining the benefits and features of our products to medical
• professionals and administrators, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
• Our ideal candidate has a background in sales, a comprehensive understanding of
• the medical field, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

•  Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Present and sell company medical products to current and potential clients
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Work experience as a Medical Sales Representative or similar role will be benefit.
• Knowledge of medical products and terminology
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel.
• Graduation in Marketing, Medicine, or relevant field

Job Title: Retail Package (Medicine Subscription)

Work Environment: This position involves traveling to medical facilities and offices. Some

in-office work may also be required.
