In the role, you will oversee online store operations, optimize website performance for online shoppers, monitor e-commerce sales, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic and online conversions. You will also develop and execute digital marketing strategies, monitor customer engagement metrics, oversee CRM initiatives, and ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and feedback. You will be responsible for ensuring all retail spaces are clean, well-maintained, visually appealing, and conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment, fixtures, and store interiors. Additionally, you will develop and execute effective visual merchandising strategies, maintain an inviting store ambiance, implement safety protocols, conduct training programs for staff development, identify and implement innovative solutions, and encourage a culture of feedback and proactive problem-solving among the team.
