Job Description

A *Retail Executive* is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and the store operates efficiently. Below is a general job description:

Job Title: Retail Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Profitability: Monitor and manage sales performance to meet targets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

2. *Customer Service*: Ensure excellent customer service standards, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and enhance the customer experience.

3. *Inventory Management*: Manage stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock shortages or overstocking.

4.Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff, ensuring team performance aligns with store goals.

5. Merchandising: Oversee the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and align with company branding.

6. Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including cash handling, store security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of retail trends and competitor activities.

8. Reporting: Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in retail or customer service.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong understanding of retail KPIs.

- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
