Retail Executive

This hiring is for our Fastrack watch store. We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our watch store, you will play a key role in providing a premium shopping experience, helping customers find the perfect timepiece, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-quality products, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and attend to customers as they enter the store. Provide expert advice on different watches, styles, and technical movements to help customers make informed decisions. Sales Conversion: Actively work to close sales by understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and offering personalized recommendations. Transaction Management: Process sales and repairs accurately using our computer-based billing and Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments securely. Store & Product Maintenance: Ensure the showroom remains pristine. This includes cleaning display cases, organizing inventory, and ensuring all watches are polished and correctly set to the right time. Inventory Support: Assist in restocking displays and performing regular inventory counts to ensure all stock is accounted for. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred but not required. Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor. Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for billing and data entry. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle delicate luxury items with care and maintain an organized workspace. Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
