Roles and Responsibilities Execute sales promotions, counter sales, and retail operations effectively. Manage sales activities to achieve targets in the showroom. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through floor management and store management skills. Skills and Qualifications: Sales Skills: Ability to engage customers and close sales effectively. Product Knowledge: Understanding of different jewelry materials, types, and styles. Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in stock or product conditions. Customer-Oriented: Focused on providing excellent customer service. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
