As a Retail Executive at our Exclusive Mobile Store located on MG Road in Indore, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets for our business. Your positive attitude and prompt resolution of customer issues will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and the store's profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and direct customers - Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services - Answer customer inquiries about specific products/services - Conduct price and feature comparisons to assist in purchasing decisions - Cross-sell products to increase sales - Ensure shelves are well-stocked - Manage merchandise returns - Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during peak hours - Inform customers about discounts and special promotions - Share customer feedback with the Store Manager - Stay updated on new products/services in the store **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role - Understanding of the retail sales process - Familiarity with consumer behavior principles - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures - Basic math skills - Track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Flexibility to work different shifts - High school diploma - BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus In this full-time, permanent role, you will be required to work day shifts at our physical store on MG Road.
