Job Description

Role Overview:
The Business Head – B2C will play an end-to-end leadership role, working closely with the directors to define the strategy, execution roadmap, team building, and growth of creating and establishing a B2C sub-brand in the Jewelry Sector. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a highly driven leader who thrives on creating and scaling brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Define brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and multi-channel growth roadmap (offline retail, online D2C, and marketplaces).
  • Brand Development: Oversee brand identity, customer experience, and product-market fit for the new B2C jewelry line.
  • Sales & Marketing: Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, influencer partnerships, retail presence, and innovative sales channels.
  • Operations & Execution: Build operational processes including supply chain, retail management, inventory, pricing, and distribution.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, customer support, and retail.
  • Business Growth: Own P&L responsibility, deliver revenue and profitability targets, and ensure scalability of the brand.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and tap into domestic and international opportunities in the luxury jewelry market.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the directors, reporting progress, and aligning execution with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle sectors with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of building or scaling B2C brands (offline/online).
  • Excellent understanding of digital-first retail strategies and omni-channel growth.
  • Strategic thinker with proven execution skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and P&L management experience.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
