Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate business potential and identify potential property for Company
Presenting the primary catchment study report, market research report
Act as a representative of company, in terms of negotiating the deal with landlord / developers, signing of LOI and agreement, possession of store
Build a relationship with owner/Landlord & collect other documents like title report, tax receipt
CC/OC, Fire NOC, Electricity bill etc.
To achieve budgeted revenue for the financial year
Responsible and maintaining P&L
Maintain records and concessionaire documents
Co-ordinate internal and external department for business enhancement
