What You'll Do: Source and procure vehicles from dealers and individual customers Negotiate and finalize car deals in compliance with internal policies Evaluate car listing prices, aligning with market standards Conduct quality checks during car onboarding Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to optimize inventory pricing Recommend and implement price adjustments to maximize sales and profits Manage and update online listings, pricing, and promotional content Collaborate across teams to drive strategic business goals Monitor and enhance inventory turnover for better performance Who We're Looking For: Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline Experience: 13 years in retail, automotive sales, procurement, or inventory management Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
