Retail Associate

Location: Escape By Aishwarya Retail Store
Reporting To: Store Manager
Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Strict adherence required)
Weekly Off: One weekday off (to be decided by management)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including billing, stock handling, and maintaining the store environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth retail functioning and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Manager in all daily operations of the store.
• Support in billing, packaging, and customer interactions at the counter.
• Help with displaying merchandise and taking out items from storage as and when required.
• Open and close the store on time in coordination with the manager.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to the manager.
• Follow all store policies regarding attendance, customer service, and hygiene.
• Cooperate with team members and maintain a professional attitude.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems/Point-of-Sale machines is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Must be punctual and dependable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
