Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Tirunelveli
Industry: Retail Shops
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Monitor stock records, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial compliance.
Generate MIS reports and support management in financial decision-making.
Manage billing, invoicing, and overall financial documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in retail or trading industry.
Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST filing.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
