Restaurant Team Leader

As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient dining experience for all customers. This includes addressing complaints promptly and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in upholding cleanliness, organization, and adherence to restaurant standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will also involve monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies. You will be required to accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales. Effective communication with team members, management, and customers will be essential in this role, as well as the ability to address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
