Job Title: Restaurant Outlet Manager
Location: Khaleez Restaurant, Tirur
Department: Service & Guest Relations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Sales Manager to lead our food court outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing outlet operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
2. Manage outlet operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
3. Develop and implement sales promotions, campaigns, and events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or food service management.
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
5. Experience with inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
