  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
  • Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Café/Lounge/Bar management is mandatory.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple outlets if required.
