Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of a KFC restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
Oversee shift management, food costing, and inventory control to maintain profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in QSR or fast food industry (KFC preferred).
Strong knowledge of hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, shift management, food costing, and food & beverage principles.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for better performance.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
