Job Description

An established F&B brand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our outlets across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, deliver outstanding customer service, manage staff, and meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
  • Analyze sales and prepare reports to improve profitability
  • Recruit, train, and schedule restaurant staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant software and operations
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
