Restaurant Manager

Salary 25000 - 30000

Incentive 3000 to 9000

Working time - 12 hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high standards of performance.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and ensure profitability.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.

Requirements:

• Must have 10 to 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must have 2 to 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Must be at least 30 years of age.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
