We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our DoughCup outlet. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining high service and product quality standards, managing staff, and driving sales performance while upholding brand values. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store including sales, service, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company standards for hygiene, safety, and quality. Manage, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and service excellence. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report on sales, expenses, and profitability. Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency. Drive marketing and promotional activities at the store level to increase visibility and sales. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or food & beverage management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
