Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and achieving sales, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
• Supervise, train, and schedule service staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Prepare sales, staff, and performance reports
• Implement promotions and upselling strategies

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and operations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• 4–8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations

Work Environment:

• Restaurants, hotels, cafés, fine dining, casual dining
• Shift-based work including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
