Job Description

Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, including scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Customer Service: Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience, handle complaints, and maintain high standards of service. Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Inventory Management: Track inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels to minimize waste and ensure availability. Financial Management: Manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, and analyze profitability to meet business objectives. Quality Control: Maintain food quality standards, ensure proper handling and storage of food, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities and attract new customers. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sanitation, safety, and customer service standards.
