Operations: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, enforcing health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness. Reporting: Generating reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant data to track the restaurant's performance and identify areas for improvement. Quality Control: Maintaining food quality, ensuring proper food preparation, and enforcing sanitation standards.
