Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high standards of service, and oversee hiring and training processes. The role includes responsibilities for budgeting, staff management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is beneficial
