About the Role

Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
end-to-end restaurant operations
, including front of house and back of house.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional
guest service
.
Maintain
brand standards
of quality, service, hygiene, and presentation.
Monitor
P&L, budgets, and cost controls
to achieve financial targets.
Implement strategies to
maximize sales, drive revenue, and manage inventory
.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and licensing regulations
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling escalations with professionalism.
Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives in alignment with brand goals.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff for long-term retention and growth.

Key Requirements

6–10 years of experience in
restaurant / hospitality management
, preferably in fine dining or premium casual dining.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proven track record of managing
P&L, budgets, and operational excellence
