Job Description

Staff Management:Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Food Safety and Quality:Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:Track inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Operational Efficiency:Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, table management, and cash handling.
Financial Management:May be involved in monitoring sales performance, controlling costs, and contributing to profitability.
Communication:Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and suppliers.
Problem Solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts, including staffing shortages, equipment malfunctions, or customer complaints.
Training and Development:Train new staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to existing employees.
Compliance:Ensure the restaurant adheres to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
