Position: Restaurant Captain

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Captain. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth dining operations and maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Captain, your main duties will include:

• Guest Service & Experience:
• Warmly greeting and seating guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Making recommendations on menu items, especially our craft beers and specialties.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor complaints promptly and courteously.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Operational Excellence:
• Overseeing the service flow in your assigned section.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Accurately processing bills and handling cash/card transactions.
• Team Support:
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff (stewards/servers) in service protocols.
• Assisting in inventory checks of service essentials (cutlery, linen, glassware).
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications For Experienced Candidates:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Captain/Senior Server) in a reputable restaurant, pub, or hotel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of F&B service standards and basic P.O.S. (Point of Sale) operations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a section and lead by example.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
