Summary:
The Change Management & Communications Analyst will drive the change strategy and communication efforts for the Responsible AI Internal Program. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth adoption of AI compliance processes, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices across Accenture. By
engaging key stakeholders, managing resistance, and delivering clear, effective communication, this position will support the successful integration of RAI principles into business operations. A key focus will be on
driving global awareness, securing leadership buy-in, and fostering a culture of Responsible AI across diverse teams and regions.
In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:
Develop and implement a
change management strategy to support the adoption of Responsible AI principles and practices across Accenture's internal operations.Design and execute a
global communication plan to ensure all stakeholders understand and embrace AI compliance policies, standards, and governance frameworks.Drive
awareness and advocacy for RAI at all levels of the organization, ensuring key messages resonate across different regions, business units, and teams.Assess
change impacts and organizational readiness to adopt RAI processes and tools effectively.Provide guidance on
stakeholder engagement, training, and support strategies, ensuring teams have the necessary knowledge and resources to integrate RAI practices.Develop
targeted communication campaigns and materials to educate, inform, and engage various internal audiences.Identify potential
risks and resistance points, developing proactive mitigation strategies to enhance adoption.
Collaborate with leadership, HR, compliance teams, and other key stakeholders to align RAI implementation efforts with broader organizational goals.Establish
feedback loops and measure change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with RAI objectives.
Additional Information:
This role sits within Accenture's Global Responsible AI team, part of the Global Data & AI Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Experience (Proven Experience):
Minimum of
2+ years' experience in change management and communication, preferably in AI governance, compliance, or technology-related initiativesExperience with change management frameworks for
1+ years with best practices for large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across diverse global teams.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of education and work experience).
