About the Role In this opportunity as Manager, AI Enablement , you will: As the Manager of AI Enablement, you will play a critical role in our AI Enablement team within the Data and Analytics organization. This position is vital in embedding responsible AI practices across all business units, ensuring that our AI initiatives are innovative, ethically sound, and compliant with governance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI risk management and help the organization stay ahead of market trends through strategic AI implementations. Champion the development of a culture that values Responsible AI and data across the enterprise. Oversee AI risk management processes and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Think creatively about using AI to increase organizational efficiency and optimize workflow. Explore new AI technologies and work with vendors or partners on proof of concepts and implementations. Monitor AI models for responsible considerations and equip business functions with responsible AI development and deployment practices. Coordinate and collaborate with our distributed Data and Model Stewards Network. Define, implement, and monitor Model Policies, Standards, and Ethics Framework across critical business domains. Roles and Responsibilities: Architecture & Infrastructure Design Architect scalable, resilient, and secure AI/ML infrastructure on AWS using services like EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch . Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform , and automate deployments with CI/CD pipelines . Optimize cost and performance of cloud resources used for AI workloads. AI Project Leadership Translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies and solutions. Oversee the entire AI lifecycle from data ingestion, model training, and evaluation to deployment and monitoring. Drive roadmap planning, delivery timelines, and project success metrics. Model Development & Deployment Lead selection and development of AI/ML models, particularly for NLP, GenAI, and AIOps use cases . Implement frameworks for bias detection, explainability , and responsible AI . Enhance model performance through tuning and efficient resource utilization. Security & Compliance Ensure data privacy, security best practices, and compliance with IAM policies, encryption standards , and regulatory frameworks. Perform regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure system integrity. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, ML practitioners, software developers, and data analysts. Promote cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Conduct technical reviews and ensure delivery of production-grade solutions. Monitoring & Maintenance Establish robust model monitoring , alerting , and feedback loops to detect drift and maintain model reliability. Ensure ongoing optimization of infrastructure and ML pipelines. Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT with 4+ years in AI/ML leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience in AWS services : EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, RDS, VPC, DynamoDB, CloudWatch. Expertise in Python for ML development and automation. Solid understanding of Terraform, Docker, Git , and CI/CD pipelines . Proven track record in delivering AI/ML projects into production environments . Deep understanding of MLOps, model versioning, monitoring , and retraining pipelines . Experience in implementing Responsible AI practices – including fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation. Knowledge of cloud security best practices and IAM role configuration. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills: AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Familiarity with data privacy laws and frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA). Experience with AI governance and ethical AI frameworks. Expertise in cost optimization and performance tuning for AI on the cloud. Seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI & Data Governance and Model Risk Management (MRM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the governance of large language models (LLMs) and other AI models, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, other AI regulations, and managing risks associated with the deployment of AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory requirements, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Also, this role requires understanding of multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures for deployment of AI at scale. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement governance frameworks for LLMs and AI models, ensuring they align with ethical standards and business objectives. Collaborate with data scientists, legal, and compliance teams to establish best practices for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring. Conduct risk assessments of AI models to identify potential biases, ethical concerns, and compliance issues with data privacy regulations and other AI regulations. Design and maintain Model Risk Management (MRM) policies and procedures, including model validation, performance tracking, and documentation standards. Provide guidance on the interpretation of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks, as they pertain to AI models. Strong working experience on AI Risk Management Frameworks (like NIST etc.) Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on AI & Data governance, ethical AI use, and data privacy principles. Participate in industry forums and working groups to stay abreast of emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in AI governance and MRM. Work closely with the technology teams to implement controls and monitoring systems for AI models. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on the status of AI governance and model risk management activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI & Data governance, model risk management, or a related area. Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and their applications in a business context. Experience deploying AI applications on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, and experience in implementing data governance policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience. Proven track record of working in a cross-functional team environment. Professional certifications in AI ethics, data privacy, or risk management are a plus.
