As a Lead Data Scientist at Cognitio Analytics, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through data analytics and insights. Your contributions will be crucial in making data-informed decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and propelling the organization to new levels of success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead data science projects and teams to achieve business objectives - Mentor and guide a team of data scientists to foster innovation - Utilize strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to drive strategic initiatives - Expertise in programming languages such as Python and R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization - Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering - Experience with frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch - Lead projects with end-to-end ownership and understanding of ML and Deep Learning - Basis NLP and Pyspark experience is highly valuable - Strong statistical modelling skills such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing - Build & deploy machine learning models in cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure - Basic MLOps experience with FastAPIs and Docker - Ability to translate data insights into tangible business outcomes - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing in cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Doctorate/Master's/bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, commerce, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar analytical role, with leadership experience - Experience in Healthcare domain with exposure to various operations - Proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, and advanced python - Strong expertise in statistical modelling techniques - Experience in AI governance and handling AI projects - Competitive coding experience (LeetCode) is highly valuable Cognitio Analytics, a renowned provider of AI/ML solutions, is dedicated to innovation, R&D, and creating sustained value for clients.
