As the Fundraising Executive/Manager at our nonprofit charitable organization in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, your role will involve developing and executing fundraising strategies targeting schools, individuals, corporates, and trusts, with a specific focus on the SAVE program. This target-driven position requires field travel, donor engagement, and event management to meet acquisition and retention goals, all in alignment with HelpAge India's mission. - Build relationships with school principals, corporates, and individual donors to secure renewals and upgrades - Plan fundraising strategies for diverse donor segments, with an emphasis on promoting the SAVE program in schools - Conduct research to generate leads for corporate partnerships and local opportunities - Manage and update the donor database for effective engagement and reporting - Promote digital fundraising tools to school audiences - Support donor visits, corporate meetings, and events such as quizzes and competitions - Collect donor feedback, analyze data, and prepare reports - Expand the donor network and collaborate with other departments to achieve fundraising goals Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably with a management diploma/degree - 2-4 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations - Sales/marketing experience is a plus - Freshers with a passion for elderly care are also welcome to apply Key attributes for this role: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Presentation and public speaking skills - Exposure to social marketing - Strong commitment to HelpAge's mission If you are enthusiastic about making a difference in elderly care and possess the required qualifications and attributes, we encourage you to apply for the Fundraising Executive/Manager position and be a part of our mission-driven team.,
