Responsibility

Donor Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors

Fundraising Strategy Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, working closely with the resource development team.
• Develop targeted donor segments based on historical data and giving behavior to improve outreach and fundraising effectiveness.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-profit Management, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications.
• 2-3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising

Skills & Tools:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using automation systems.

Professional Traits:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
