Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Management Ensure all daily operational tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Monitor workflows and implement improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction. 2. Staff Management Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily activities of front-line staff. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and staff scheduling. Foster a positive team culture, encouraging accountability and engagement. 3. Property Supervision Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are in top condition. Coordinate repairs and maintenance in collaboration with vendors and maintenance teams. 4. Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels across all departments (including kitchen and housekeeping). Ensure accurate stock records and timely reordering of supplies. 5. Front Desk Oversight Oversee front desk operations ensuring smooth guest check-ins/outs and exceptional service. Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure effective resolution. 6. Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance Supervise kitchen cleanliness and equipment upkeep. Ensure food safety protocols are followed in collaboration with culinary teams. 7. Cleanliness, Safety & Security Enforce cleanliness standards across all operational areas including public spaces, staff areas, and guest rooms. Maintain and regularly review safety and security protocols for staff and guests. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures as needed. 8. Weekly Reporting Prepare and present weekly reports on operations, staffing, inventory, maintenance, and guest feedback. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Skills and Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or facilities management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and operational management systems. Leadership and people development. Operational efficiency. Customer-first mind-set. Crisis and conflict management.
