Job Description

Resort Manager

The Resort Manager ensures that high-quality guest services are provided across all areas of the resort, including accommodations, dining, recreation, and entertainment. They prioritize guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • The Manager is required to supervise all resort staff, including housekeeping staff, food and beverage service staff, and maintenance workers. The manager ensures that all employees adhere to service standards and uphold the resort's brand image.
  • The Manager oversees the maintenance of resort facilities, grounds, and amenities. They ensure that facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and employees. He/she may also coordinate renovation or capital improvement projects as needed.
  • The Manager oversees the operation of food and beverage outlets within the resort. The Manager ensures that food quality, service standards, and menu offerings meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • The Manager oversees the reservation and booking process, ensuring that room inventory is effectively managed to maximize occupancy and revenue. They monitor reservation systems, track room availability, and coordinate with the team to optimize room allocation.
  • The Manager upholds quality standards and brand guidelines established by the resort management company. They conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure that service levels, facilities, and amenities meet or exceed brand standards.
  • The Manager provides leadership, guidance, and motivation to resort staff, fostering a positive work environment and a culture of excellence. They lead by example, promote teamwork, and recognize and reward employee achievements
  • The Manager develops and implements strategic plans, operational policies, and budgetary guidelines to optimize resort operations and achieve financial targets.
  • The Manager collaborates with the sales and marketing team to promote the resort and attract guests through various channels.
  • The Manager coordinates recreational activities, entertainment events, and guest programs to enhance the guest experience. They collaborate with activity coordinators and entertainment staff to develop engaging and memorable programs for guests of all ages.
  • The Manager builds positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to support the resort's operations and growth. Resort Managers may participate in community events, industry associations, and tourism initiatives to promote the resort and foster goodwill.

~The Manager should stay in the resort (Accommodation and Food Provided).

~Must speak English & Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
