Company Name: Lago Leisure Resort and Spa Location: Cherai Beach, Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in hotel or resort management Preferred Location of Candidates: Tamil Nadu Job Description: Lago Leisure Resort & Spa, a premium waterfront property at Cherai Beach, Kerala, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and enhance the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth functioning Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism Monitor occupancy, revenue, and budgeting Lead and motivate staff for improved service delivery Oversee event and banquet coordination Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in English and Tamil (Malayalam is an added advantage) Hands-on experience in resort or hotel management Guest-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Knowledge of hospitality software preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Benefits: Food and accommodation provided Performance incentives Opportunity to work in a scenic and growing hospitality environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
