Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role based in Kerala. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing staff to deliver exceptional member experiences. Tasks may include strategic planning, budget management, staff supervision, and tackling operational challenges in a 25 key resort with lakeside restaurant, a houseboat, spa and an activities centre.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in a luxury boutique property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis
• Ability to create personalised experiences and wow moments for members and guests
• Drive curated experiences and content creation for the property
