Resort Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious resort. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As the Resort Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Resort Manager who can take charge from the project stage to full operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in setting up processes, policies, and operational standards while working closely on the ground with all departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the transition from project phase to fully operational resort.

Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all departments.

Establish policies, rules, and regulations to ensure consistency and compliance.

Drive staff training and development programs to build an efficient, service-oriented team.

Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Sales, Maintenance, and other departments to align daily operations.

Ensure guest satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.

Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Report regularly to senior management with updates, challenges, and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Hotel/Resort Management or equivalent.

5–10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in resorts.

Proven track record of handling both project setup and operational management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work on the ground and lead by example.
