As a Resort Manager at our Sirhind, Fatehgarh Sahib location, your primary responsibility will be overseeing operations, driving revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will play a crucial role in attracting guests, increasing bookings, and upholding top-notch hospitality standards while ensuring the smooth functioning of the resort. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Growth & Marketing:** - Develop and implement strategies to attract more guests and boost bookings. - Utilize social media, local networking, and travel platforms to promote the resort. - Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. - Identify and execute promotional offers, packages, and seasonal discounts to drive sales. - Collaborate with local businesses to establish partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities. - **Guest Experience & Operations:** - Maintain high-quality service and hospitality standards for all guests. - Supervise guest check-ins, check-outs, and feedback handling to enhance satisfaction. - Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism. - Manage housekeeping, kitchen, and other staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service excellence. - Coordinate events, retreats, and special experiences to elevate the resort's appeal. - **Administration & Facility Management:** - Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the resort. - Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships for efficient business operations. - Handle basic accounting, cash flow, and expense management tasks. - Maintain the property to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management is preferred. - Strong skills in sales, marketing, and business development are essential. - Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities are required. - Ability to manage staff effectively and foster a positive work environment. - Basic knowledge of online booking platforms and social media marketing is beneficial. - Willingness to reside at the resort is a must.
