Resident Territory Manager

As a Sales Manager in the assigned territory, you will be responsible for managing primary sales to meet targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Disseminating information to Dealers and end customers about trade schemes and any communication requirements. - Organizing and implementing customer awareness programs and product shows in consultation with seniors. - Generating MIS and maintaining a database on sales trends and schemes. - Monitoring market intelligence on competitor activity and trends in the tyre industry. - Driving market growth and increasing sales coverage in the assigned territory. - Handling customer grievances effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinating after-sales service with customers and technical service associates. - Ensuring adherence to all company guidelines on sales and commercial activities. - Driving business development and demand generation in the assigned territory. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have the following qualifications and competencies: Qualifications: - MBA/ BE / B Tech Experience: - 4 to 7 years Technical Competencies: - Awareness of Sales Processes and systems - Knowledge of market assessment/demand estimation techniques - Knowledge of brand building, marketing communication, and promotional activities - Product Knowledge Behavioral Competencies: - Strong Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Negotiation Skills - Team Management, Positive Attitude, and Self-Motivation - Openness to Travel and Relocation Please note that this is a full-time job with a day shift schedule.
