Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resident Sales and Service Engineer to join us in the Pune region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise to effectively address customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Welding Equipments, Accessories and Spares within the Pune region. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base. This requires extensive field travelling in Pune and surrounding region.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide tailored welding solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Technical/ Service Support: Offer on-site installation, commissioning, after sales technical support and guidance to customers Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the General Manager at head office. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during all sales and service activities.

Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electrical or Electronics OR Diploma in Electrical. Acumen of Sales and Marketing ActivitiesExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or service engineering roles, preferably within the industrial sectors.Industry Knowledge: Have a fair understanding of geography of the region and identify potential customer.

Technical Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and services. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Require understanding of Electrical Systems, PCBs, Electrical Drawings etcCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Travel: Willingness to travel within the Pune and nearby regions to meet customers and attend industry events.
