Role Summary

Reservations Ticketing Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Increase individual agent sales and drive direct customer bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Process reservations for flights, hotels, and travel packages.
• Issue and reissue airline tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with competitive fare quotes and travel options.
• Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and modifications.
• Actively promote and upsell travel packages and additional services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in reservations and the travel & tourism industry.
• Sales acumen with the ability to promote and sell travel services.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and MS Office.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
